no one really shat on UFC 3's striking. The issue was the grappling, which felt more like turn-based Pokemon than actual wrestling/BJJ

the game still has problems: the spam hasn't been fixed, the purple screen glitch (while reduced) hasn't gone away, no roster updates or at the very least allowing us to customise offline CAFs.

I turned off the wifi before turning it off and instead of losing 10-15 mins I only lost 5

Another gripe I have with the game is joint subs. I hate the new system. Its way too OP for the attacker on the sub. I would've preferred the same circle system on joint and choke. I hope we get TBS...

Everything you said is 100% true. Even on reddit with all the backlash basically everyone's pre-ordered

I guess its gonna be 2 years of WMMA5, UFC 3 and Undisputed 3 for me then.

I know my logic sucks but EA's monopoly means its hard to get that MMA game fix anywhere else. I'm kinda burnt out on WMMA5 after playing to a point where all the top 10 from every division from 2020...
