You have to completely fill the gameplan with plays or it’ll do what you’re seeing. Add plays to each situation until it’s full and you’ll get better results. Been an issue for years on Madden.

I’m glad you’re able to use the aggressive catch. I only use possession catch and it rarely even triggers. It works when it triggers, but getting the receiver to actually do it is next to impossible...

Half my throws involve a pump fake. Smh.

Haven’t figured out how to lead the receiver this year. I either throw it way too far, or it’s right to the defender.

With a custom playbook, the 4 minute offense gameplan comes up instead of 2 minute offense within the last 2 minutes of a half. There is no way to adjust the 4 minute gameplan in the edit playbook...

Look at the latest patch notes. They changed the QB slide to a double tap. The single tap square/X button now dives as the QB. Have to double tap from now on to give your self up.

The save files are messed up this year. I’ll delete a file name and then a different file is deleted. Deleted files will reappear later on. I always save 2 files going into an important franchise...

Great points and agreed. Madden needs to either completely mimic real life and/or give complete control of everything to the user. Having an imperfect system with limited control isn’t an answer....
