Yeah, here's the relevant interface in 2K Tools. No idea why 2K doesn't make simple stuff like this accessible within the base game.

No problem, but if you're still on console and still interested in customizing, you're probably better off with 2K24 or even waiting till 2K25. The servers for 2K23 will be shut down soon enough...

The Game Pass version is apparently new-gen even on PC, but no one really cares since it can't be modded (which means the regular PC versions of 2K23/24 still offer the best experience).

There are no firm answers to questions like these, since so many variables affect how things play out on the court. For stamina/fatigue, it matters what sliders you’re using, what mode you’re playing...
