How do I challenge a play now? After the patch the option is no longer under coaching options. There was a fumble and an incomplete catch I tried to challenge, and the option wasn't there at all.

Try throwing towards the sideline away from the safety. That's the only way I've had success. Then again, this makes the play a little more at an angle instead of a straight route.
