Are there NCAA Rosters for PS4 in 2k22 or 2k23?

It's been a few years since I bought the title. I had been playing College Hoops on PS3 with annual updated rosters until my PS3 disc drive bit the dust.
Are there NCAA rosters available to download...

Does monitor height affect your hitting?

After years of playing the show with my tv on a stand that sat at or just above my eye level while sitting, I am playing on the same tv now mounted higher on the wall.

Baserunning outs stall the offense

Maybe it's my own psyche but when I kill a rally with a baserunning out, it seems like I can't get cash in on scoring opportunities the rest of the game. The at bats with men on get more pressure...

Struggle to come through in walk off situation

Anyone else struggle to come through with a run when tied at home in the 9th inning or later? I think I lose patience and chase. I can't remember my last walk off win.

One other issue with stamina for everyday players. If you give a regular a day off and use him to pinch hit it has a big impact on his recovery. The next day his energy bar will only be about 50 %...

Classic pitching on HOF. I don't use the catcher's signals. Settings are playing out realistically. No pattern on what gets taken deep. It's happened on fb, slider change, cb.

I'm playing as the Nats and Scherzer has given up close to 30 bombs in 15 starts. The rest of the staff has normal numbers.
Just seems like I can't get by with a mistake when he pitches.

Maybe my tv is the problem. I know that used to be a consideration on the PS3 generation. Does it matter for PS4?
One thing that I've noticed is that my checked swings seem slow to act out on screen.

Energy level

Seems like the everyday players energy wears down quickly. And if you use a player as a pinch hitter on his day off his energy doesn't recharge.
It will make it easier to keep the bench guys happy

Broken Bats

They have done a nice job broken bat animations and sounds in this game. When you pitch against the CPU and run a fb inside to saw a guy off it has a realistic feeling.

I find my impatience is worse when I'm behind on the scoreboard. I try to get it all back too soon. And sometimes the CPU pitcher works the edges of the plate better than others.
