The Pentagon's top Priority isn't student-athlete NIL deals.
This is just a small sample of how things are different at service academies.
Time will tell how this all shakes out.

I created a Dynasty with a 16 team conference that included team builder imports and current FBS teams that used to play in the CAA/Atlantic 10 Football conference. I throughly enjoyed it.

Erod328's point is that Old Dominion is not FBS the 2013 season either, so why wouldn't other schools who are also in transition be included. But it seems a pretty moot point regardless.

That's disappointing to hear. I've only been playing with offline dynasty as I'm currently deployed to Africa and won't pay for Xbox Live with a sketchy internet connection for gaming.

Very frustrating! The OT glitch in regard to keeping the possessions straight has been in the game for at least two iterations now. I can't believe that this code has not been addressed.

UMass is pretty difficult. Low prestige and player ratings. Nor is it located in a state that generates a large number of recruits. It is a good bit easier to recruit if your home state is Texas...
