I can see it as a possibility if they can actually get all 85 scholarship players per team. The other issue is the Military Academies can't have NIL deals, so that also complicates things as well....

You could already use a generic roster before and could also edit it and share it. EA probably just decided to eliminate the feature altogether for that very reason just to avoid litigation.

Team builder and roster sharing probably don't make it in because of NIL. Creating players that opt out and being able to share them via team builder or a roster vault would open EA up to lawsuits...

There is no option to edit CPU players (equipment and appearances) unless you control all 32 teams. This is for offline franchise users.
