Have you tried a slight variation on the way you edit the DB settings? Instead of just dropping aggresiveness to 0, try "inverting" their aggresiveness -- AGG 99 goes to 1, 98 to 2, 70...

If you play the games, I would stick with ESPN. If you simply sim through seasons without watching games or anything, you may want to stick with Madden.

If money is a factor, ESPN.
