Fixed stuttering.

Did a clean install of Windows 10 on a spare SSD (was on Windows 7 before)

Enabled DirectX12

Now it runs smoothly at 4K.

****ing AWESOME.

This didn't work either.

I am at wit's end with this ****. I lowered the resolution to 1080p, all options on lowest and it still stutters LMAO

32 GB RAM
GTX 970

I've tried 3 different sets of drivers - 391.35, 344.16, 358.50

Anyone had any luck getting a ps4 controller to work on PC via DS4?

All I can get is left stick movement on the menus and R2 working as the A button.
