I have that D-Link. Personally, have not had one single problem in over a year. Haven't had a problem with ping or hitting DL/UL caps.

IMO it is a bit on the low side but it should work. Also, if you have the original source file, save and print it in a lossless format (PNG,TIFF, etc) instead of JPEG.

I like them all, I don't think I can pick a favorite. Chevy C4500's with the Monroe setup are junk though for a high dollar truck. The molded fiberglass beds look like junk.

Could be fan control. Sometimes the automatic fan controller will drop the RPM of the fans below a certain threshold which could create a beep. You could try disabling smart fan control in the BIOS....
