I loved the regional broadcast option last year, and even more this year. I love how each team has the animated logo splash screen, and it is a very nice touch.

There definitely is, as I routinely switch from English to French. I can't remember the exact menu selections, but it's there. I will edit later to add the steps involved once I'm near my PS4.
