1. On retractable roofs, have two models - one open and one closed. I don't need to see the roof open or close dynamically (but it would be cool), but when it's 110 in Phoenix, the roof is closed....

UNM's new 30'x80' video board. The HD looks great, except the cameras all have the wrong aspect ratio, so in the live feed, everyone is short and fat.
