That's not the game, that's your TV. If you're not set to 'just scan' you're getting overscan. Some TVs call it 'per pixel' but it's the same thing.

I capture using a Blackmagic Intensity Pro - HDMI for 360 or component for PS3. I capture with either the Blackmagic software or directly into Adobe Premiere (or Photoshop for screenshots).
