You don't have to delete your saved data, but you do have to clear the hard drive cache.

I know this because I didn't delete anything at all, I did just what I said.

Just out of curiosity, how many of you have had freezing problems while connected to xbox live?

While playing Head Coach 09, I recently had a few freezes, but only while connected to xbox live....

And as for Brady, I'm assuming you mean Tom? Also normal that the game overvalues him. Belichicks...

coreyhartsdaughter, Raising the break block and tackling a bit should cut down on run game efficiency. But then of course raising break block will also force you to raise pass block a little.

Brassman, I was wondering the same thing.

I also heard that the human/cpu sliders must be the same but I really have no idea why, I just sort of followed that rule like everyone else.

I don't often use the "train rookie" gameplans unless its for a rookie that I expect to fill a huge role immediately, such as quarterback.

I just usually master offense and defensive plays then...

When you start the game up with xbox live connected, it should prompt you to download available game updates.

For updated rosters, usually you have to make an attempt at joining an xbox live...

I only have a 20 gig and I have both Madden 09 and Head Coach 09 on the HD, and saved games from almost 20 different games plus 4 different profiles, as well as some random downloads from xbox live....

Nah. It's just copying the read only files from the disc onto your hard drive for better performance. Completely unrelated to the save game files. Besides, aren't your saved game files on a memory...

If you get a hard drive, use the "install to HD" feauture with Head Coach. The game seems to be super laggy when it runs off the disc. But when its running (mostly) from the drive, the in-game menus...

Just be sure to check your GM's philosophy in your team philosophy section. You can set him to make attempts at low balling people or how he values future draft picks. At least I think so, I haven't...

I used to have a QB that ran often and he was, no joke, the slowest guy on the field. It looked like he was running in quick sand. It was so painful to watch.
