You have a choice to turn coach contracts either off or on, but it’s done when you first start the dynasty. Pretty sure you can’t turn contracts off once the dynasty is underway.

The sliders do work well. And to be honest, everything you predicted was true. When I cranked up the defensive intensity on my team to 80-85 it really spread the floor and opened up passing lanes....
