You likely didn't download the faces or you put them in the wrong place. All files ending in .iff go in the folder with nba2k13.exe.

I'm pretty sure the field goal percentage record is ~72% by Wilt back in the 70s when he was with the Lakers, of the top of my head. You didn't break that record.
