How to make subs as team captain in 5on5?

In pick-up lobby it says that captain can make substitutions and change matchups during timeouts. I have tried pressing down and up on D-pad during TO's, but it only shows heat check and recommended...

There needs to be some accountability for the team captains in Team-Up.

from the dual player control u can tap the B button to set a slip screen. the player setting pick will cut early to the basket instead of getting caught up with defenders. u can also do the pick...

i had wondered if a higher rated catcher would call a better game than a lower rated one.
Ex: if i have jose molina(or any of the molina brothers) behind the plate would their veteran presence...

i always use the "steal early" command in the classic baserunning mode. u press L2 and triangle at the same to steal second. u can even use this to steal a base before the pitcher pitches, kinda...

the ranked games count it just does not show it on screen. it will probably work again once their done messing with the servers.

how about trevor ariza tipping the ball away mid crossover, and recovering it for the breakaway dunk. this happens at least once a game for the lakers(if not more). also ariza will sometimes fake...

If u do pick the Raptors do not sleep on Anthony Parker(Candace's bro). He can shoot the three as well as Kapono(has same hot spots in the corners as well), but also can drive and play some adequate...
