You are correct, but not every formation has plays for a dual threat QB. The OP is looking for a base playbook with formations for his dual threat QB and his pocket passer.

Agree, creating a custom playbook is the best route to go. I have one I use where I have some pistol full and spread option sets for my dual threat guy. I then have 4 and 5 WR sets for my pocket guy....

Yes, the computer will keep you at 10 players unless you fill the open slots. It’s best to sign 10 players you want after you cut players in the preseason.

I'm the guy who posted about fatigue off. You have to target the tailback on any play you think is a run. I also crash the middle. If you guess wrong then you give up a big pass play.

I use the full coach tree. I have had to up my pass coverage to 55 and my int to 55 to keep the cpu QBs in line. At 50s I can get the completion % down if I can get a pass rush.
