I had to end up restarting with Miami- I forgot to restructure guys and ended up in salary cap hell. I cut pretty much everybody I could and still couldn’t get under the cap.

Because schools and conferences dropped out. If they hadn’t, EA would have kept on making CFB games- they even announced the upcoming game before NIL became a thing.

A bunch of schools and conferences pulled out, which is why EA cancelled the series. The schools and conferences are back on board now that EA can offer NIL $.
