What game mode did you experience the bug/glitch in? Dynasty Mode

The ACC will not be mixing up the divisions when Pitt, Cuse & Louisville join up.

It will remain the same, while adding Cuse and Louisville to the Atlantic // and Pitt to the Coastal.

Clemson's do not show up at all.

End of season, heisman winning QB had zero stickers on helmet.

Even though the "legacy" thing you mentioned earlier looked weird, it at least had them show up...

In the clothing menu under all shirts or pants. I see two puma shirts and they are locked, I pressed A and it says I can purchase a package that has the hats and shoes or unlock them at the sawgrass...

oh and for qbs... the large amount of INTs will keep you from winning it too, regardless of how many TD's... had a guy throw 60 something with 30 int and a crazy number of yards, 6k or so... and...
