I believe it is tied to acceleration or speed with ball. Kick it up to 99 and it should pop up. Worked for me on Nintendo Switch.

I feel like if you use very quick timing with base 57 it makes a huge different in accuracy when playing in game, versus watching it in the jumpshot menu. Just my two cents.

Not accurate to date, but “attention to details” my friend. Basically attributes along with tendencies adjusted for each individual player to play as close to possible like the real life counterparts...
