Whats the bug?: All of my apps are silent while NBA 2K17 is running. This is a 2K17 issue, as all my other games do not render the rest of my apps silent while they're running.

I tend to agree. I really would rather go with a Shot Creator or Slasher, but their Speed With Ball rating worries me. Is Speed With Ball as important as I assume it is for a PG?
