Question: What happens during the offseason in online leagues?

Do players get progress/get older/etc. and are there contract renewals and free agency?

I'm very new to playing online leagues so any help would be awesome!

AMEN! By far the most annoying thing in this game to me, because it seems to happen way too often! Any white vs white or same color vs same color is simply confusing and doesn't make the game fun. ...

i have no idea what happened..but ever since the first kickoff my entire team was invisible...it had the little circle underneath that said which player i was using and for impact players it had the...
