I don't know. I'm behind fastballs and ahead of breaking balls. I'm also chasing stuff all over the place. Hitting has definitely changed, at least for me.

This could be it. I'm switching to 24 tomorrow so I have time to run a few test franchises to see what happens. But I don't see how allowing the CPU to fix rotations or lineups for MiLB should result...

Injuries definitely off. I have gotten roster warning for minor league teams and I choose to let the CPU remedy those, so that explains some transactions. But it doesn't explain how/why there are...

I'm honestly not sure. I put everything on manual as far as I know. What's the proper roster setting for all teams to get zero transactions?

I swear I think I did that, but maybe I made a mistake somewhere. There are tons of Minor League transactions, which is fine bc I'm a single season player. But MLB transactions are another story.

I didn't buy the game this year solely because of the lack of penalties. I monitor the board just to see if an update changes that, but will not buy again until penalties return.
