I really hope the new engine gets cleaned up before it hits NCAA next year. It looks messy, especially post play. Looks like a bunch of raggedy Ann dolls playing football.

You can easily see the difference in skating and the way goalies play. Everything looks cleaner and better graphics wise as well.

BUT did not even take three tries with the demo before I got the...

Updates are going to be real slow for here on out. Going on a mini-vacation tomorrow night and once I return NCAA 13 will be available but this is not dead...I may even take this past NHL 13 just...

Plus the $25 doesn't just give you NCAA 13, it pretty much gives you an early three day rental of Madden, NHL, FIFA, and TW. So while you may just buy it for NCAA, if you use it for the other games...

Ahh you're correct, I was just excited I guess.

I do like some of the names I am seeing on TeamBuilder. Getting names like Demetrius Vandermeulen and Lorenzo Holycross...the days of John Johnson...

Pretty much have the same roster as when this started as NHL 12 doesnt have a whole lotta roster movement.

Kadri is just an 85 with B- POT

L. Schenn is a 90 OVR
D. Phanuef is an 87 OVR

Yeah, it would definitely be new. I thought it was mentioned in the first live webcast they did way back in the spring.

Things are definitely looking up, the talent has always been there. Now they have experience and loads of chemistry. Who knows what could unfold this season if we keep playing this way.

That last line is key, there are many VALID arguments against any playoff more than four teams that eight plus playoff backers do not even think about.
