Once my team becomes pretty good, I only play the OOC games, as those are usually my rival games. I play in a modified relegation dynasty and it's awesome!

IIRC, the biggest hit he's going to take is AWR once you switch him to QB for his JR/SR years. If you play the games, this is not going to matter, as your stick skills will be his AWR.
