OP - I have done this myself this week to start a new franchise and here is how I did it. And yes, it's tedious and a lot of work.

- Force win/loss for all 17 weeks of regular season per real life...

Actually you might be correct, I didn’t know the game would do this automatically in previous versions. And that would explain why the value always changes even if their OVR rating doesn’t change...

yup generated class, I can’t remember the grades specifically but they were all all A- at minimum. A A- A- maybe. also had a 7.2 combine grade, ran a low 4.4
