TB: IDK if owners have had a chance to introduce the cap and cuts system, but there's one in place that leaves teams accountable for the guys they cut until the next off-season salary-wise. Current signings need to fit under the cap of 10,300, which includes the values for cut players.

If that's old news, nevermind.

You cant sign retired players. Several people wanted to sign Pierce weeks ago.
