That first one is dope.

The offense has a back to the right, but is begging for it on the left. The 2 DL occupy the guys they should and the LOLB runs free, as he should. I'm not sure if a spy on the LDT and LDE is necessary to keep those guys from sliding over, but that's an overload.

The offense has simply to slide left and block the back right and it's a non-starter.

Also, a hot route from the slot position makes that blitz dangerous. The user in the hook zone better get to the right spot quick or else.

Wr Screens own those zone blitzes. So do seam routes or a well placed run. Those are nothing special.

Yeah, there's lots of clear anticipatory things you could do vs. an alignment like that. If the offense doesn't give it a thought, the QB deserves to be sacked.
