RB Aaron Brown should be on Baltimore, not in FA.

So are we doing this like we've done before were the final bid has to stand for at least 5 minutes?

It prevented guys from coming in and sniping bids at the last minute eBay-style.

I think this is a great idea... because I honestly am just going to wait until the last second otherwise... and that is just dumb if you ask me.
