Let's gather some more info and reactions about the possibility of an advanced schedule before we commit to it. We'd have to have a solid network of communication options (cell phone numbers seem the best way to me), and we'd also have to have a pretty solid set of procedures to govern who plays sim games, when the decision to sub should be made, etc.

The idea is certainly good and has worked elsewhere. I just want to make sure that if we do it here we set it up in a way that's thoughtful and solid enough to last.

What was the system last year? A guy had to be in 1-2 wins/losses to able to sub and not in the same division? Didn't that work out pretty well?

I'm down... but when my next semester in school starts I may have to drop out of the league. I will have a loaded schedule (since it's my final semester) and an internship... so two days will probably be too much for me.
