yes, but be careful the resign takes effect for this year, so if they get a raise it takes effect now, so a 3 year deal is actually a 2 year deal if you do it now

Attn Admins -- please watch out on this. Most players in the "realistic" salary structure are being paid well above the LM slot (of course P Hillis is a huge exception), so in another league of mine we set up these 2 rules:

1.) For restructures -- New totals must equal more total years at equal or more total salary.

What this means: If you have someone in the last year of their $5m/yr contract, and LM is offering the following 3 options: 1yr @ $1.5m = $1.5m total; 2yrs @ $1.25m = $2.5m total; 5yrs @ $1.2m = $6m; then total the only approved option is 3.

2.) Any Free Agents "won" through bidding process and signed to a 1 yr deal are NOT eligible for restructure until their contract expires at the end of the first year.

What this means: You can't bid yourself silly this year for huge 1 yr contracts and then restructure immediately to a lower cap hit. Just a work around. Don't be a dick.

Obviously we don't have to do those here, but it seems like 2 pretty easy to follow rules to me.

Yeah the superbowl, any players not resigned by then will automatically become free agents.
