Just making the posts is the most important part. Also if you want people to read it then try to make short paragraphs and use some kind of formatting. With the potential of 31 other team pages to read it has to be easy to read and not long winded. I need to take my own advice here since I get a little wordy. I like having a certain setup but mine needs some tweaking. Also just doing a quarter review every 4 games is easier for you and for others to see how things are going. This is the direction I'm heading in.

Everything Shards said. People have quoted things I said in the Tennessee Titans team page so that means they're reading. Give your write ups some personality and your team page will be good to go.
