The star tracking on that sight is amazing. I love each team page how it shows rankings

I would be curious to see how their contracts are set up and how their FA bidding will turn out.

They seem to have everything LM has but more polished.
Just stop saying that Madden is garbage and you aren't going to buy it. We all know that you are telling a lie so you can feel better about yourself.

              Re: XFN

I checked out the Re-sign thing beforehand but the pictures are almost impossible to see on my phone. Looks like they have backloaded contracts and the re-signings are the same way. If their FA turns out decent then we may have to do away with our bidding sheet. Then every contract would be structured realistic and silk wouldn't have to enter all the contracts manually.

Just wondered if anyone who has this in a league knows if the contracts are better.

As an admin you have the ability to set how contracts are distributed over the years in percentages. Yes - it has backloaded contracts. Also, when re-signing players, you are able to do a true negotiation. You can offer the player what you want but he will turn it down if you offer him less money than before.

The interface for handling traded draft picks and FA signing and cuts is unmatched. It tracks true cap penalties also, so if you trade or cut a player (even in the last year of their contract), you will incur a cap hit for any bonus money. This is great because now guys will really have to think twice before trading away their big time players.

Would probably go with the even contracts that way the cap wont have to keep going up every year, but we would probably still have to use the sheet just for record keeping like if the site crashes, we can use the sheet as a backup, but we will discuss this later hopefully we can have a admin meeting before the playoffs start.

                    Contracts

I might be getting ahead of myself but I saw some contract extensions were made in XFL. Of the ones that we processed in LM due to real life contracts, the only one that didn't translate on XFL was Jordy Nelson. When I go to resign, the site will not allow me to process the resign for the value Jordy resigned at. They are asking for significant more. Any tips?

Ok guys XFN is ready to roll please check your team contracts and make sure there are no errors as these contracts were all entered by hand, found one error already that had Matt Hasselbeck getting 55,000,000 next season instead of 5.5 million,so just take a few minutes to go over your team contracts because after the superbowl is played there will be no changes made, also you should be down to 48 players come draft night, anything over that and you will have players dropped from your team by the cpu.

Not to pry but why would the CPU cut players in that case if the roster ceiling is at 70+ as it is? Im asking because in our league we havent gotten to this point and maybe Im just unaware so maybe you can shed some light on this for me.

because on XFN it operates thru a 55 player max and more than that causes issues with players plus if as a league you allowed people to store players on their roster it weakens the FA pool.

Just to understand fully, if we have 48 players max on our team, that will be enough to still sign potentially 7 draft picks? Or does that number vary based on draft picks (for teams that have more than 7).

For example, I looked over my roster and there are potentially two more guys I would like to resign that are in contract years. If I sign those two guys, my roster going into next season will be exactly 48. I will still be able to sign all 7 of my draft picks? Or do I need to be at 41 to be able to sign those guys?
