Generally this kind of information is listed in media guides if you can get your hands on one. However, those 40 times are often questionable...they are generated from team trials not from any sort of HS football combine where there were some standards set for the 40...

I think Tyrell Dortch was listed as like a 4.3 40 and if that guy EVER ran a 4.3 40 I'd be totally surprised...

I used to run track and I ran against a David Bowen who used to be a MLB for Michigan. He ran the 200 and I'll be honest, I didn't finish that far behind him...yet his 40 speed that Michigan listed (cannot remember now it's been like 5 years lol) was bizarre...
