Based on the big long post above, if the MLB is spying, he dropped back in coverage then breaks off when Vick rolled out. If Vick was to stay in the pocket, would the MLB just keep his coverage is if he were NOT spying?

What about if Vick had super pocket protection and stayed in there for 5 seconds (allowing the recievers to get really far) and THEN moved out of the pocket? Would the spying MLB (now far down field) turn back and run towards Vick?
