Go to MVPlanet and click on downloads, it's at the very top of the homepage. This roster file is under "PS2 Files" from there, so select the rosters that are for your usb drive, I think they have all three available. Oh yeah, they'll prompt you to register beforehand, so after you've done that, go grab em.
