There! Here is a list of improvements this version addresses:

-Stealing. Better catchers can actually get the fast runners.
-Double Plays: Transitions, and chances of completion
-Offensive production and more varied games.
-Pitch counts refined.
-Runner aggression - produces more movement by the CPU on the field
-CPU contact and power balance. Make sure to waste pitches to setup the CPU batters or you will PAY!
-Fielder injuries lessened.

Some notes:

-I have not done any testing on any other levels, as I still have much more to look at on the All-Star level.
-Pitch counts will vary depending on your patience at the plate.
-Some sliders have a zero value b/c they really do not need tweaking.
-The set has taken shape and is very much close to completion.

I don't know maybe it's me but I really don't think the CPU needs increased power, as it seems almost every mistake pitch is sent over the wall by the CPU. It gets a bit frustrating as in the majors not every pitch that is a mistake is sent sailing. Right now I'm playing on default All-Star and have been getting killed in almost every game, I'll stick in there for 5 or 6 innings then all of a sudden the CPU goes hit crazy and I'm lucky if I get more than 6 or 7 hits a game (and that's a good game). I'll think I'll just stick with default for now.
