Mar. 31 Cliff Bartosh was basically given the last spot in the Cubs' bullpen yesterday when the club optioned Will Ohman and waived Stephen Randolph, according to the Daily Southtown. He was acquired from the Indians on Tuesday.
Yeah, he is with the Indians on Buffalo by default. He will be a nice pickup for the Cubs. He finished the year strong last year and is a nice young loogy. He just got caught in the numbers game with the Indians where last year they didn't have any other lefty releiver and this year he was competing against Arthur Rhodes, Scott Sauerbeck, Brian Tallet and Chad Zerbe.
