I have it at -15. Seems good for my skill level. My biggest problem with the CPU Power on the positive side was that it seemed the CPU would hit HR's at very odd times. I'd throw a fastball up and in and then throw a good changeup low and away just hitting the low/outside corner and a weak hitter would hit it opposite field for a HR.
I know it happens, but it seemed to happen too often. It's very tough for a hitter to adjust to a 95 MPH heater up and in near his eyes and then see a low and away changeup at 73 MPH. It also takes a gutsy hitter to lean out over the plate and hit that changeup deep when the previous pitch was almost in his earhole!
