On Rodriguez, here is some information from Baseball Prospectus 05.

"Rodriguez is perhaps the darkest dark horse in the infield competition (for the Twins), since he won't overwhelm anyone with his power, speed, or glovework... ..he's an accomplished bunter."

Anyways, I have some suggestions.
-Lower plate dicipline to like 60 or 70
-lower the last 3 fielding ratings by 5-10
