Funny this thread came along, because I blocked a punt in my UTEP dynasty this past weekend. I was shocked that I had actually blocked it and when my player picked up the ball, I ran it in for TD. But I was kind of suprised that I had blocked the punt.

The strategy I used to block punts, I've been using for a while is that I shift my whole frontline to their right, so that my two fastest CBs are lined up at their right end which allows one of them to escape free and go in for the block. And the player I usually controll is the CB at the other end of the line so that I can attract the attention of the defenders.
