I play similiar to you but I only play 3 games for each week. I play my Dynasty game and 2 other games with different teams each week.

The best thing is if you play enough games involving other teams it's helps to lower the QB stats throughout the country as your season progresses. I'm going into week 4 of my season and I love the stats around the country for QB's because they aren't as inflated as they would have been by simming every game.
