B, X, Start, Back, L, R, Left, Right, L, L, A, B, B, Y, S, A, Y, B, X, Up, Left, Right, Down, Down, Down, Up, Up, Start, Start, Back, Back, L, R, R, R, R, A, B, X, Up. Then go over to the nearest 8th story window, open it, and jump out.
It's really that simple.
