I am a fan of default offence playbooks. If I had to go with a Playbook that isn't the teams, I usually use run heavy or balanced run. Defence (just for you) wise, I like the balanced D playbook. It has a good mix of blitzes that aren't in some of the basic ones such as 4-3, 3-4, or Cover 2. Hope that helps.
