Nope I don't resemble this statement. Tho I'm kinda laughing inside at how EA has dropped the ball on this. I was just responding to the concept of softwar warranty in principle.

This however is an extreme case and there should be some kind of disc swap program similar to what happened with the Back To The Future box set a while ago. I don't know if EA would be willing to go back and fix the code or whatever but it's either that or spend a lot of money on refunds.
