I think the reason most people don't because they blow through the play select screen in about 2 seconds, which obviously isn't enough time to see scenes like that. Same with replays - It takes a while for them to come up sometimes, but they are there, and frequent. Myself, I take my time when choosing plays - about as much as the CPU does. That's enough time to see if there are any cutscenes or replays coming up. It also helps keep my Time of Possession stats on par with the CPU's.

I sure hope they give us the demo camera to play in with the 360!
