Is there anything behind the scenes that determines who is a
PR or KR? I know that every time I do a fantasy draft Manning, Stroud, McNabb, and a couple others are returning punts. The only thing they seem to have in common is being draft real early, but I'm beginning to think that ther's some hidden field that keeps info on who is a
PR. If there was a way to change this so the right guys returned punts, it would solve a big franchise problem.
