My WR is rated a 90 in my 3rd year, his awareness, and catch ratings are extremely high but his speed is only a 85, agility and acceleration both a 89 and jumping ability a 78. I thought the performance institute attributes would be permanent but it wasn't. Is there away to boost up your superstars attributes permanetly?? I want my Wideout to be a 97 speed at best.
