if you spawn a game, you cannot make any changes to your franchise file from the time you spawn it until the time you merge it back in. Any changes and you're screwed basically. I'm running a franchise with a buddy of mine and its a pain in the ***. Here's to hoping online leagues make an appearance in the very near future.
